WMS Consulting is a veteran owned consultancy group established in 2018 after Mr. (SSgt) Williams retired from the SC Army National Guard in the area of Public Affairs after 24 years of military service.
He's obtained his B.S. in Business of Administration from Voorhees University and Master in Publication from Troy State University.
Over the years, Mr. Williams has been contracted to consult with public and private entities on governmental projects in the area of construction management, business development, diversity and emergency notification.
WMS Consulting has been providing consultation and solutions for small to midsize businesses in the Carolinas as well as in other states. Our focus has been in the areas of business development, construction management, diversity/inclusion training and emergency communication.

Hi, I’m Janice H Williams an experienced educator for 30 years.
I graduated from Claflin University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
I have a passion for helping others in every capacity.
Having this passion, led me to creating an organization to educate young girls to be empowered and to give them the support they need to advance their lives. Giving back to my community is also very important to me. One of the ways I support the community is by sponsoring the R&J Back to School Bash every year.
